These suits target more than 90 executive orders, proclamations, and memoranda issued during Trump\u2019s second term, according to a review by Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"343\" height=\"193\" src=\"https:\/\/coolxmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/110.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coolxmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/110.webp 343w, https:\/\/coolxmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/110-300x169.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Trump has long faced legal scrutiny, which intensified during the 2024 election season when he was indicted in four separate criminal cases. He was convicted in Manhattan in spring 2024 on 34 felony counts related to falsified business records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The former president has consistently maintained his innocence across all charges and has argued that the prosecutions are politically motivated \u2014 a form of \u201clawfare\u201d being used by Democrats to undermine his campaign and presidency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following Trump\u2019s victory in the November 2024 election, several Democratic state attorneys general \u2014 including New York AG Letitia James \u2014 pledged to prepare for legal showdowns with the Trump administration over policies they claim are unlawful or harmful to constituents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been through this before, and we relied on the law to push back,\u201d James said after the election. \u201cWe\u2019re ready to do it again. As New York\u2019s attorney general, it\u2019s my duty to uphold the rule of law and defend the rights of our people. I won\u2019t back down from that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just weeks into Trump\u2019s second term, at least 208 lawsuits have already been filed in federal courts challenging his administration\u2019s actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fox News Digital compiled a comprehensive list of the individuals, organizations, states, and municipalities that have taken legal action, along with the corresponding executive orders or directives that prompted the challenges.
