In a heartbreaking moment, Brooke, the younger sister, sent a final message to her dad and grandparents: \u201cI love you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RJ and his wife, Annie, immediately tried to reach their daughters, who were staying in a nearby cabin with their grandparents, Mike and Charlene Harber. After breaking a window to escape their own flooded cabin, the couple sought help from neighbors. But the fast-moving waters made it impossible to get to the second cabin in time.
