Having just released her new album .(PERIOD)<\/em> on July 4, Kesha discussed the intense pressure she felt to keep performing despite the painful injury earlier in her career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI remember tearing my ACL on stage \u2014 that was brutal \u2014 like during the third song or something,\u201d Kesha said. \u201cI was playing a festival in Dubai, tore my ACL, but I f—ing got up, played guitar, sang, and finished the f—ing show.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAre you serious?\u201d Lewinsky, 51, asked. Kesha replied, \u201cYes. \u2018Cause I\u2019m a bad bitch,\u201d which made Lewinsky laugh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kesha added, \u201cThe next day, I woke up feeling like such a f—ing monster badass. Then I saw an article on TMZ claiming I was drunk during the show.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lewinsky responded, \u201cWow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kesha clarified, \u201cLiterally, I\u2019ve never had a drink before a show \u2014 well, once, the first time I played Lollapalooza in 2009. After that, I said, \u2018Okay, I\u2019m never doing that again.
