In the U.S., only about 33 out of every 1,000 births are twins\u2014and just a small percentage of those are identical. But for 23-year-old Savannah Combs of Middleburg, Florida, her pregnancy turned out to be something truly extraordinary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Savannah was thrilled to discover she was expecting identical twin girls.
