In just four years, body-mod enthusiast Toxii has taken transformation to shocking new levels. Once known for her long blonde hair and only a handful of tattoos, she now boasts a completely inked upper body, jet-black hair, a split tongue, tattooed eyes, horn implants—and even the surgical removal of her nose.
Adding to the shock factor, Toxii admits she keeps her removed body parts preserved in jars, often showing them off alongside her bold new look. On Instagram, she recently shared a jaw-dropping before-and-after photo, leaving followers stunned by the drastic change since 2019.
When asked why she chose such extreme modifications, Toxii explained: “I like to be imperfect, and I believe imperfections make you unique.” She also revealed to artist Devon Rodriguez that her nose removal was by far the most painful procedure, requiring nearly eight weeks to fully heal.
