Authorities say a young girl was recently found living in extremely poor and unsafe conditions, prompting concern from neighbors and local officials.
According to early reports, people living nearby had noticed unusual signs for some time and eventually contacted authorities to request a welfare check. When officials arrived, they discovered the girl in conditions that investigators later described as inhumane and not suitable for a child.
