The Sprouse Twins Now: What Life Looks Like at 30

It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 25 years since Dylan and Cole Sprouse first stole hearts in Big Daddy alongside Adam Sandler. Once beloved for their playful charm as child stars, the identical twins have since grown into accomplished adults with careers that continue to evolve in exciting ways.

Born in 1992, the Sprouse twins began their journey in the entertainment industry before they could even walk. At just eight months old, they were already sharing roles in TV shows and commercials—a common workaround in Hollywood due to labor laws limiting young children’s working hours. One of their earliest roles was on the sitcom Grace Under Fire, where from 1993 to 1998, they took turns playing Patrick Kelly, evolving from infants into chatty toddlers on screen.

Their big break came in 1999 with Big Daddy, where they portrayed the adorable son of Adam Sandler’s character. The twins’ comedic timing and charm were undeniable, quickly propelling them into the spotlight. Reflecting on that time, Cole shared his appreciation for Sandler in a 2022 interview with People, saying, “He’s got a wonderful balance between art and commerce… and he lifts up all his friends at the same time.”
